We collect and store ONLY your name and telephone number.  We do not store credit card numbers or other personal financial information.

We respect your privacy and do not share that information with anyone, including any personal information contained on your hard drive.

When backing up data from your hard drive, your privacy is safe with us.  However, during the backup or restore process, virus removal, or other service related activity, it is impossible to inadvertently view personal pictures or other documents contained on your hard drive. YOUR PRIVACY is of paramount importance, and is carefully safeguarded.

DISLAIMER:  PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT, AGREEABLE TO FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL LAWS, ANY TERRORISTIC, CHILD PORNOGRAPHY, OR  OTHER DANGEROUS MATERIAL CONTAINED ON YOUR HARD DRIVE MUST BE REPORTED TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION TO THE OWNER OF SAID COMPUTER.

How do we protect your information?

We use external hard drives for backup purposes, and all backup files will be securely deleted from our drives within 72 hours of you picking up your machine from our location.  If you have questions concerning missing files, etc., from a backup, please contact us within 72 hours.
